Real estate investment of EUR 250,000 or 500,000 is required (the amount of 500.000 applies only to properties in specific municipalities in Athens, Thessaloniki, Mykonos, and Santorini)

  • Arrangement of an appointment for the biometric data before the competent Decentralized Authority
